TR Maker 100% Compatible 50×100 Premium Rubber Wheel

This specially designed rubber wheel, measuring 50 mm in width and 100 mm in diameter, is engineered to be 100% compatible with all TierMaker belt grinding machines. Thanks to its shafted mounting system, it can be installed within seconds and is immediately ready for use.

The wheel features a high-quality rubber coating made from a special formulation. Based on extensive feedback from our customers and professionals in the field—especially watchmakers—we have produced this wheel at 70 Shore hardness, which is widely considered the ideal hardness for Rolex polishing and other precision finishing tasks. This provides excellent control, smooth transitions, and optimal performance for both watchmakers and professionals working on fine details.

Premium-grade bearings are used inside the wheel, ensuring long-lasting durability and flawless operation for many years. The product requires no special maintenance; simply wiping it with a lightly damp cloth is sufficient. Over time, the rubber may darken or show surface marks—this is completely normal and does not affect performance in any way.

This wheel performs reliably across a wide speed range, from low-RPM precision work up to 4000 RPM, offering stable, vibration-free performance in all applications.
