Galvanic bonded diamond blades provide intense metal removal and can be used for the cutting edge of a blade with significant damage (chips, dents, etc.).

The F150 Extra Coarse diamond plate is used for roughing the blade when shaping the blade shape.

Plate diamond F220 is used to form the cutting edge.

The F400 Medium diamond point is used for basic sharpening and aggressive cutting.

The F600 Fine diamond insert is used for the pre-finishing of the cutting edge, eliminating obvious sharpening risks.

Diamond plate F1000 Very Fine is used to finish the cutting edge.

They work noticeably more aggressively than rods on organic and metal bonds with the same grain size. This is achieved thanks to the protruding diamond grains, while in the metallic and organic bond, the diamond grains are immersed in the binder and mixed with it. The concentration of grain sizes in the layer is 100%. At the same time, it should be noted that in terms of operating time, such rods will be inferior to rods from other bundles due to a thin spray layer, which is actively erased during sharpening.

When working with such diamonds in mild steels up to 58 HRC, it is also important to consider that such stones wear faster than when working in high-hardness steels.

Diamond plates on a galvanic bond do not require preparation for work (alignment, "cheering", etc.).
